Still the best sushi in Brickell.  I could eat three orders of their Tuna Tataki.  They also have a long happy hour with a ton of menu items on it.  Great value, which is hard to find in Brickell.

I was so excited to visit my third Doraku outlet and one so far away from the other two in Hawaii. It was such a disappointment. Poke' was more like ogo salad with a few chunks of very rubbery small pieces of tuna, wouldn't even call it poke'. Tamago was old and moisture filled, not sweet and tasted like a wet sponge. Salmon seemed relatively safe, I'm hoping for the best

On suggestion from our concierge at The Four Seasons Hotel we made the short walk to the very popular and lively Mary Brickell Village.  The restaurant is located within this bustling courtyard of live music and fountains.  Being a Friday night in mid July the place was packed with local hipsters that probably live in the downtown area.  One had the option to be seated immediately outside in the sweltering high humid heat or wait  (45+ minutes) to sit in the rather smallish dining room. We chose to sweat it out and wait for an inside table.  After nearly giving up one hot and sweaty hour later we finally were seated.  This place is definitely popular!  Once seated it took a waiter nearly 10 minutes to greet us (and we were seated right next to the kitchen area where every waiter must walk by)  At this point I was hoping the food was going to be worth the wait and worth pulling me from the luxurious confines of my hotel.  Looking the menu over we discovered they didn't have Gyoza?!  What Japanese place doesn't have Gyoza?  So I  settled with some edamame, a house salad and miso soup.   My daughters ordered the teriyaki chicken with veggies (fried rice was extra and had to be special made - may have been best fried rice I have had) I ordered the pan-seared Salmon which was delicate, delicious and exactly what I was craving.  We also had a sampling of some sushi basics salmon y tuna (no super white tuna here folks - which I thought was another fail).  My daughters dishes came out before I had even received my soup and salad...and yes I had to remind the waiter...my main dish took even longer,  almost as if they weren't prepared to make a cooked fish dish?
After a satisfying, yet disappointing dinner service returning to our hotel 3+ hours later I decided I wished I would have stayed put and enjoyed the pool.
