Terrible donuts and cinnamon rolls tasted like cardboard, they also warmed my sandwich in the microwave with lettuce and tomatoes then they couldn't replace it so took money back and left! Really bad customer service as well . Dormans nanyuki style up

30 min wait for 2 sandwiches take away on a Monday at 3pm. Sharp piece of plastic shard in my iced tea. No apologies no smiles. Side salad with sandwiches packed in aluminium (cause no more containers) with separate white vinegar and oil in 2 small plastic containers. How anyone can think that this Is edible. ....unclear. very very sad state of affaires and embarrassment to the awesome Dorman's name. Thank God you are not owned by the original Dorman's brand. Up your game. Don't become lazy because you have a captive market in Nanyuki. I believe in you. Push yourselves higher.....xxxx
