The customer mistakenly ordered the wrong dish, wanting chicken satay on skewers but ordering satay chicken main dish instead. We simply prepared the order according to the menu; there was no mistake. The staff patiently explained, but the customer acted unreasonably and tried to shirk responsibility. Even though we are very busy on Friday nights, if you had been more polite, we could have changed it for you free of charge. How dare you write such a ridiculous review? I'm ashamed of you

We have been getting Chinese from here for a while and the lady on the phone just keeps getting more lippy by the day we asked for one thing and got a whole different soggy mess instead that I wouldn’t even feed my dog with nevertheless myself and partner spent over £40 and was absolutely shit we will be going somewhere else I would even get the safety inspection person to check if it’s even edible food Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gross chicken was soggy ! All cold no flavour ! Been going here for a while never again! Called them as they sent wrong item & she was very rude said it’s your fault not mine. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
