One of the lauded Chinese restaurants among many like-minded older Penang diners, this place might not be as big nor aesthetically pleasing but their food remains reliably tasty. Its commitment to cook without MSG, leaves a true flavor in every dish. One shining example is the Two-Flavour Pomfret Fish, which has a robust flavour profile playing with your palatte in perfect symphony —a testament to masterful cooking. The prawns, sweet as the ocean they came from add a depth of sweetness to each mouthful that adds lovely dimension. The meat itself is deep-fried so that it's soft and loaded with earthy savoriness given a kick of ginger., which goes to show how serious this menu committee takes its raw materials. The use of fresh fish and prawns in each dish makes a world of difference here, taking the dining experience to another level every time you visit.
