We had such a heartwarming experience at Double O tonight. My mom and I were out for an evening walk when it suddenly started pouring, and we didn’t have umbrellas. The staff immediately noticed us and kindly invited us to come inside to take shelter from the rain. They even brought out two stools for us to sit on. It was such a small gesture, but it meant so much. Their kindness and genuine hospitality truly made our night. Thank you for your warmth and generosity — we’ll definitely remember this experience.
