Very very disappointing. Had a coffee with a faulty cup. Bottom fell out. Hot coffee splashed all over car console as well as myself. Drenched my clothes and all over phone cover. I couldn't go shopping as planned. Had been warned of faulty cup lids. Response was terrible saying it was out of their control. No apologies or refund given just a stained top, splashed car and phone and told it was out of their control. Not happy. Price per person: A$1–20 Service: 1
