service is amazing…. Robbed the business by opening some Pokémon cards… the bartender Maddy is singing mouth wide open… unhinged fun for sure on karaoke night

Ordered through DoorDash. I expect to pay extra but $24 for 3 chicken fingers when I ordered 6 is ridiculous! Manager did not give two sh*ts. I travel for a living but will NEVER order from double tap again! We’re not even going to mention the ranch I didn’t get…. Avoid like the plague. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When ordering through DoorDash and if there are any issues, you simply need to contact them and they get in touch with us to help resolve the issue and get you a new order sent out! We checked with DoorDash and it appears you hit 3 strips instead of 6 by accident and believe that’s where the issue lies. Sorry for the confusion and look forward to serving you again soon!

We stumbled onto this place while in town for vacation with our teens. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was extremely friendly. The entertainment of the VR games & arcade was so fun! Our VR guide noticed our son had some mobility issues & immediately made modifications for him to fully enjoy himself! But most notably, my teenage daughter left her jewelry, including a family heirloom & the amazing man who had been helping us all night, called and told us we had left it!! Honesty & kindness is not always found these days, but at Doubletap KC, it certainly is!!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40
