If you happen to be around Norse Hall, visit this bar. Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked fried chicken, hamburgers and Caesar salads. Tasty biscuits, waffles and bagels will impress you at the first bite. A lot of visitors order good draft beer, martinis or liqueur. A lot of visitors think that you can have great coffee, tea or lemonade at Doug Fir Lounge.

I received bad service from the security guard at the entrance on the evening of June 3, 2023. I arranged with friends to go to a show , I couldn't find the friends, I understood that the friends were in the basement with no cell phone connection, I only asked to go down to check, and the security guard refused to let me go down to take a look, if my friends are there and also laughed at my foreign accent. The security guard spoke to me badly, said very insulting and disparaging things to me. I left there without going down to watch the show nor could I inform my friends to go up and leave there. I felt very hurt. I complained to the place twice through the website and they never answered me. Don't go there if you have a better alternative.

Doug Fir has everything. GREAT FOOD, GREAT MUSIC, and a WONDERFUL VIBE, pleasant hosts and did I mention the music? It's an easy walk from downtown (a great way to walk off a few drinks / dinner) and it's so unique that you will want to tell your friends. We LOVE the Doug Fir Lounge, you will too!
