I enjoyed the dough boat experience, especially with the 50% discount,it was great value for money. The ride was relaxing, and I hope you consider adding bigger boats, such as yachts, in the future. One thing that made me uncomfortable was that the captain asked for my phone number during the trip. While I declined, I don't think guests should be put in that position. Keeping interactions professional would make the experience more comfortable for everyone. Overall, I hope this feedback helps improve an otherwise enjoyable experience.

I ordered a brisket pizza slice and a cheeseburger slice from Dough, but instead they sent me two cheeseburger slices. When I raised a complaint through Queta, they refused to refund me or even fix the mistake. Just be aware — if your order is wrong or you have any issues, don’t expect them to help or take responsibility. Really disappointing customer service and experience overall.
