Horrible service. Girl at the counter, short and aged around 20 with brown hair in a ponytail, was too distracted staring at me instead of paying attention to what she was doing when she was scooping my ice cream. The ice cream was scooped sideways on the cone and was falling off as soon it was handed to me. As I was paying for it, she continued to stare at me, told me to start licking my ice cream, and began asking personal questions. I was very uncomfortable the entire time.

The Garden on Palafox is a frequent stopover of mine when I go downtown. Frostyworld is a small booth inside The Garden with authentic Italian gelato and sorbet. They also have delicious macaroons in 5 different flavors. Unbelievably paired well together! I went with the sorbet this visit as I've had their gelato before which is outstanding! Everything is locally sourced and fresh! The lady at the counter offered a taste spoon without me even asking and was very friendly. Will have to try their Signature gelato creations next visit!

Love this place! Tucked away inside the Garden on Palafox,this little gelato joint is serving some of the creamiest gelato in town. They have a small variety of flavors which are switched up each day. They also had tiramisu slices when I came by so I had to grab one of those as well!
