In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Oizumi Anime Gate, stop by this cafe. Order nicely cooked gat. It's a must to taste delicious iced coffee while visiting Doutor.
The cool staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The fast service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is lovely. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Just a cautionary review that it's inside the station so you can't use it unless you're arriving or leaving. Google Maps was not helpful in figuring it out.
