Greenard Nagayama is located under the elevated tracks of Keio Nagayama Station on the Keio Sagamihara Line and Odakyu Nagayama Station on the Odakyu Tama Line in Tama City, Tokyo. Located in the Tama New Town area, approximately 29 minutes by Keio Sagamihara Line Limited Express from Shinjuku. The building is the oldest in the Tama New Town area and contains early UR housing complexes as well as Toei and public corporation buildings, and many of its customers are elderly and middle-aged. The idea is to take the Keio Bus or Kananaka Bus from the nearby housing complex, go shopping at the Seiyu store next door, and then stop at Doutor on the way home.
