Having seen Japan Educaiton Center, it's time to have a rest at this cafe. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Doutor. The spectacular atmosphere is to be found here. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.
