Doutor near Tameike-Sanno Station. I used it around 8 a.m. on weekdays as a morning activity before going to work. It wasn't that crowded. Order a stable morning set (starting at 500 yen including drinks). There is a power source at the counter seat by the window. The seats face outside through large windows, but the window glass has a pattern that looks like a blindfold, so the view from outside doesn't really bother me.
