I ordered an avocado and shrimp sandwich and coffee. When I bit into it, the avocado was frozen and stained my sensitive teeth. I thought about holding back and eating it, but it was a special day off for me to have lunch alone. I wondered why I had to put so much stress into it, so I asked the store clerk (I wonder if this would be a complaint) and asked her to remake it. The remade sandwich clearly had warmer avocado. I would have liked to see something that was in line with the provided manual. I had a part-time job as a staff member at Doutor when I was a student. There was a thorough manual guide. I was disappointed in this store because the staff did not respond politely or apologize. Maybe it's the food and beverage industry that doesn't tend to apologize easily, but I think they should have apologized because they served something that was different from the manual. It has reopened, right? Please use this information for future improvements. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
