So sad we missed out on the ribs, but everything else was delicious! The pulled pork was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of sauce; a little tangy and not too sweet. The brisket was also spot on and the portion was huge, perfect for 2. I'm not big on restaurant mac and cheese, but their's was definitely "liquid gold", so rich and tasty. Absolutely loved this place! On Saturdays, they have brisket. $27 is plenty for two people and includes a side. It was tender, flavorful, and they get their sauce from a local producer. Lots of other choices around $12 - $18 -- chicken, pork, burgers. Smells great in there. Owner talks with customers and takes pride in this place. They have done competitive BBQ, and I'm not surprised at all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great experience at Down to the Bone! The restaurant is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter, Alex, was friendly, attentive, and made the visit even better. The food portions were huge, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount you get. Everything we tried was delicious.
