We arrived in town after an 8 hour drive to discover most restaurants were closed. Nonic Restaurant sent us to The Loft. So happy they did. Even though it was 30 minutes before closing we were welcomed in and sat quickly and graciously. Our waiter, a young man, brought us fresh made potato chips and homemade onion dip to start. We shared a pimento cheese burger, grits, and fried green tomatoes. The food was delicious and hot. Our waiter shared a bit of his story even though he was busy close to closing. Bless this young man who lost everything in a fire and is so positive to be working to having a new future. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was awesome. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
