Most people suppose that you can have good sushi, filet américain and chicken here. Food delivery is an important advantage of this restaurant. The high ratings of DOZO restaurant would be impossible without the terrific staff. Fine service is something that guests note in their reviews. I ordered dim sum via a website (lunch delivery service) in mid-Nov '24. The goods were well packaged - there is nothing to complain about. But when I opened the plastic containers, I noticed a strange smell. I thought it was the chicken dim sum and maybe it had other spices. I ate some dim sum but it didn't taste good! When I opened the second can it smelled very strong again! I took a bite and immediately spit it out. I became very sick and broke. I checked and I actually only ordered dim sum with scampi. After urging the delivery service, they picked up the dim sum and brought it to the Dozo. The owner barely smelled them and admitted that they were spoiled. She would have been very stressed that day and everything would have gotten out of control. The delivery service apologized to me and offered me a voucher - many thanks to them! This is not just about the spoiled goods but also about the fact that no one from the restaurant has come forward (to date) and apologized. No call - nothing! I have an intestinal disease and if I hadn't vomited this could have gone very wrong. You can count yourself lucky that I didn't turn on the 'Santé' - this would have had different consequences for you! We ordered a Chinese menu but it looked like Indian and even for an Indian there was no taste just spicy with the taste of water. Very fast delivery at least that :) Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €70–80
