Drafts is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, the real drawback is democratic prices. You will definitely like the nice atmosphere and modern decor. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

I used to love coming here but now I don’t. Haven’t been in a month or two and I decided to come today. Happy hour is from 5pm to 8pm. I got here at 7:20pm leaving work and sat at the table. No one came to my table til 7:50pm and I only got that because she came bringing some wings that weren’t ours. I was only able to order one drink and a fish basket. My drink didn’t come to the table til 8:08pm.. if you’re not a man they will really ignore you for real for real. This is horrible and definitely my last time coming. My friends love it here but unfortunately I can’t do it anymore. Horrible service. Do better Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Please don’t waste your time. My friends and I recently came to visit Drafts on a Friday evening afterwork during their happy hour. As sweet and communicative as our server was she was undertrained and led us astray. No one greeted us, we tried to find seating inside there was none near the bar — we opted to go outside since their signage stated all booths were reserved for reservations. We were told we could go outside on the patio and someone would service us after having to interrupt a server for help to be seated. We went out and waited for service after 10 mins someone finally came out just as we were about to leave. We ordered apps outside on the patio mind you, we asked about the seating inside since no music was being played outside (the vibes were secluded), service was slow, and we had others joining us. Our server stated we could definitely move inside to the “reserved booths”. Come to find out after moving inside, our server later came back to let us know “our food would no longer be discounted because that seating was not apart of the happy hour deal” — never was this relayed to us when we inquired about moving inside. We asked to speak to the manager to further explain — immediately management was rude and didn’t care to resolve a thing. She stated we could received the HH discount if we were to move back outside to the patio but followed quickly with “y’all can’t keep moving back and forth”. MIND YOU, if we would’ve been greeted and assisted we wouldn’t be here — had our server been fully trained and proper signage displayed of your special there would have been no issues, thank you. Not to mention as we were leaving out to pay, the manager comes over to the host stand as we’re paying out with our server and sets someone else’s food down on the counter for her to run after she finishes our payment. Why you would set someone else’s food around other guest completely blows me. The food wasn’t worth the chaos and inconvenience. Won’t be back. Love to support our black own businesses but the lack of accountability blew me. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Got there at 6:30 for the wing special on Thursday the server tells me it don’t start till 7 so i order a drink and wait. After that 7:00 comes and the waiter takes my order, 7:42 no food comes and it’s not even packed. I get told after another waiter checks on me that my order was never put in. I get you have to service customers but at the same time i was a party of 1 so i don’t get how you make a mistake that big. Service: 1
