We went to this place with some friends, and had no idea what to expect because we have never heard of Chinese Mexican fusion. But we were all pleasantly surprised. The food was really good. The restaurant was small and quaint and Packed with people. I had some weird drink that I can’t remember the name of. I think it was made with rice milk and it was really good. Something I’ve never heard of. And there was some dumpling appetizer. Can’t remember the name of that either and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back, and I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. My only complaint would be that it took too long to get waited on and then it took too long to get our food. And then, when we finally did get our food, Everything came out at once. I don’t know if it was the waitresses fault or not. All of the waitresses were hustling and working so hard that they were sweating, And it was not hot in there. Plus our waitress was so sweet. I can forgive that Service If someone is working their tail off, and they are so kind and Gracious . Maybe there were just not enough waitresses on the schedule??? I’m not sure. Managers. Figure this out. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your friends enjoyed your first Chinese-Mexican fusion experience with us. It means a lot to know that the food, drinks, and appetizers left such a positive impression, even if the names escaped memory! We also truly appreciate your kind words about our team. Our staff works incredibly hard every day, and we're grateful that their effort and hospitality stood out during your visit. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the delays you experienced. While we're glad you enjoyed your meal, we understand that long wait times and having everything arrive at once can take away from the overall dining experience. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll be reviewing our staffing and service flow to ensure we provide the level of service our guests deserve. Thank you again for your support, understanding, and recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you and your friends back soon!

This place was absolutely delicious. The flavors of both cultures is very well captured. From having an appetizer to two different meals was delicious. I had an horchata to drink and lemme tell you! Sweet and creamy like it should be. I ordered the elote dumplings ! So crispy and squishy with the most delicious sauce dip. For the meals I ordered the birria noodles it was very delicious!!! The noodles were perfectly textured and cooked. The meat was so tender. I also ordered walnut shrimp burrito ! Very tasty with all ingredients shrimp and meat cooked so well. Blended very well. I did order the match buns for dessert! They are so fluffy and brightly made with such and amazing filling Inside. I would highly recommend to everyone. Dragon Casa brings you a creative blend of mexican-chinese food that is truly unlike any other "fusion" place. This is not simply mixing foods from two countries, it is utilizing the methods of both cultures to create amazing food. We started off with the pork fajita dumplings, which were literally life changing. Imagine a pan fried dumpling filled with fajita marinated pork, sitting on onions, and peppers. The richness of the traditional Chinese dumpling flavor paired with the spices of a mexican fajita was insane. Next up was the birria xiao long bao, which is a soup dumpling with the flavor of birria. These were also fantastic as the two compliment each other so well. Last but not least was the duck taco, which was amazing. All of these dishes really show off how each culture's foods can play off one another when crafted correctly. We will definitely be coming back to try more of the menu, as everything we tried was phenomenal. Dragon Casa was even serving us up chinese-Mexican fusion food with Chinese decor and playing Latino music. How could you not love this place?
