A fun & flavorful hot pot spot that earns high praise for its broth, high variety of ingredients and great customer service. It is great for adventurous families with kids. Little ones who can not handle spice can enjoy picking their favourite ingredients including heaps options of protein (from meat to plants-based protein), veggies, noodles which are cooked in tomato soup base. Perfect for a casual dinner with adults and children alike. Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dragon Hot Pot Springvale is a reasonably sized restaurant. Bigger than the Clayton restaurant but smaller than Glen Waverley. Located in the heart of Springvale, parking is challenging at best. I had the spicy stir fry but found that it lacked flavour. The service was friendly and efficient but the taste was a let down. Good range of ingredients though! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
