Card arrived in condition far below the advertised NM grade - heavy surface wear, deep scratches, clearly GD/MP at best. The seller admitted the grading error immediately, which is the bare minimum, but then tried to frame the return as a standard 14-day EU withdrawal rather than what it actually was: a not-as-described item. That distinction matters, because it's how they justified pushing return shipping costs onto me. Communication was civil, but the handling was not. Misgrading a card is one thing. Refusing to cover return shipping on your own mistake and then telling the buyer to "feel free to escalate to Cardmarket support" is another. I did exactly that. Buy from this seller if you enjoy regrading cards yourself and negotiating for basic consumer rights. For anything condition-sensitive - collectibles, NM, anything you're not planning to heavily sleeve and forget - I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. A further question is if this reflects the service in other areas as well?
