My family and I have been on the road for 4 hours and still have to get to Knoxville. I checked the website and it said kitchen closes at 11pm. We got there at 1035 and I even made sure my family checked the menu on the way, so we could immediately order. We were met at the door with the bartender yelling, "sorry guys our kitchen is closed". Needless to say I was disappointed. Imagine walking into the bank 25 minutes before close and the teller says, "sorry, we put all the money up already" or calling a customer service line and getting no answer because they shut down phones 25 minutes early. Thanks a lot Drakes. Update: It's been a week since I gave my contact information, which was asked of me per your reply and I have yet to have someone reach out to me. Service: 1

We are new to the area and found Drake's one night when it was late and they were about the only place open. We loved the food and service so much we knew we would definitely be back. We dined there last night for the second time and had fantastic food and great service. Kendall (sp?) and Devyn took great care of us. Offering suggestions and were both exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place. Thanks Drake's Chattanooga for another great experience.
