With massive windows and a sky-high ceiling, the Drawing Room at the St Regis Hong Kong is a relaxing and luxurious dining spot . The spacious dining room connected to a terrace is an elegant space for dinner and afternoon tea. Recommended dishes include: The signature St Regis Burger (Lobster, crab patty, lobster mayonnaise, citrus) - Burger and lobster got the golden ratio of bread and lobster. Every bite starts with a buttery fragrance from the brioche bun, followed by a burst of flavour from the lobster meat. The chunks are wonderfully juicy, with a natural sweetness emanating from the liquid. Foie Gras Terrine (Crispy toast, onion jam, dried figs) - Perfectly cooked terrine with a delicate, buttery, smooth taste. French organic white asparagus (Mayonnaise Whisky sour, passion fruit): The white asparagus are tender and sweet which matches perfectly with the sauce. For the sweet, I would recommend the Cappuccino, which features mascarpone Chantilly topped with Espresso ladyfinger and coffee cream. A creamy dessert of espresso-soaked ladyfingers surrounded by lightly sweetened whipped cream and a rich mascarpone.
