Used for lunch after 13:00 on November 8, 2023. I ordered the barakatsu set meal. There were insects (black larvae about 2 cm) mixed into the lettuce salad that came with the dish. I felt sick thinking that I might have been eating insects, so I stopped mid-meal. There were many other customers who were infected with insects, so I only informed the store staff, but all they said was, "I'm sorry." There was no consideration given to worrying about my health, such as whether I was okay. Prices were charged normally. If I had been told before paying that the amount was fine, I would have happily paid. The service is the worst. I will never go there again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
