Had so much fun bowling Women's State Team event here! Brett the manager was extremely welcoming, friendly and engaging with everyone! We were so lucky to have Jesse as our server and he was THE best! Being in the serving industry and being treated like they knew us was amazing! Can't thank y'all enough for everything y'all did for us!

Food was great, but had to leave due to judgment on our kids playing and someone who was completely out of it at the counter. Not very great customer service, and the only seemingly friendly one was the cook in the back. Specifically "Employee #764" Gave spaced out responses and didn't care to help us, left us without cashing out our tickets for our boys

The pricing at Dream Lanes and the connecting Pizza Pit have gotten completely out of hand. I have also noticed a dip in the overall friendliness of the staff as well. They do not offer free refills on soda and the food pricing listed on the menus in the bowling alley does not match what you are ultimately charged at Pizza Pit. A medium cheese pizza was $18!!! Chicken tenders without fries was $14 and change. The menu said 5-8 tenders, and we of course we only got 5. I've had other friends voice the same complaints too. Unfortunately, we will be bowling elsewhere from now on.

I hate to hear our friendliness is dropping. If you would like to reach out to me directly, I would love to hear more about your experience, as that is not how we want people to feel. I will be touching base with Pizza Pit as well to figure out where the pricing mix up is if the menus don't actually match their prices. I hope to hear from you soon we can improve for the future.
