This is by far our favorite burger joint!! The fries are incredible and the burgers taste wonderful too. Get the extra sauce on the burger and get the franks hot sauce for your fries. We won't go to in n out when it opens because drifters is way better!

Burgers were solid but the customer service, not so much. I went to the restaurant (looks like an old Taco Bell) on March 14th. Kid at the counter seemed to struggle with running my card. So, later that week I'm looking at my statement and low and behold there's a double charge for that day. $28.14, back to back from DRIFTER'S HAMBURGERS COLORADO SPRICO. Well, I typically ignore that stuff because I know that merchant providers sometimes put a hold on funds and then that double charge eventually disappears, so I forgot about it. My wife just reminded me about it today so I took a look, two weeks later and the extra $28.14 is still on there. So, I called the restaurant and asked them to take a look and see if they could refund it. The woman kindly refuses and tells me I will need to bring in a bank statement with my personal information redacted. Well, I don't live in Colorado Springs so that's going to be a bit difficult. I hope you understand that's why you're getting this one star review. Not because your burgers weren't good, it's because you took my money and you don't seem to care one bit. That's what I call customer service. Can you taste the Sarcasm?
