5 stars all around for this place. 1. Service: Toni, our waitress, was absolutely phenomenal. No words can express how awesome her service is. Staff like her are very rare. I had an issue with my credit card, but she was kind and professional, waiting for me to fix it. She even offered me to call her back with the information!! I paid with another card however. 2. Food: Food was excellent. I had the Korean Bulgogi. The meat was very soft and well seasoned. Veggies and salads were fresh and delicious. Drinks were awesome too. 3. Ambiance: The setting inside is a bit dim. Too dark and claustrophobic for my liking. But the seating area outside is very comfortable and overlooks the lake. On a sunny day, eating outside is a very peaceful and relaxing experience. 4. Parking: There is plenty of free parking. Again big shoutout to Toni!! You have a 10 star review from us!! Our girls' group are very appreciative of your welcoming, top-notch service. Overall, highly recommended! Disappointing! First time customer and not a good experience. A friend and I met for lunch on Thursday May16 at 1230pm. Patio was already full so we had to sit inside (that’s ok). Waitress took 20 minutes to acknowledge us to bring water and take order. Forgot to bring my friends beer that he ordered until we reminded her 30 minutes later. 5 minutes before food arrived I was told they were out of sweet potato fries by another waitress. I commented on the wait time and she said only said that the tickets were piling up. Our burger and sliders arrived an hour after ordering! (So 1hr and 20 minutes after arriving!) No attempt made by staff to ensure we would return after poor service (waitress never checked in on us nor gave us any heads up how behind they were). No drinks, apps, or percent off bill offered. Instead we waited over 1hr and 15 minutes for a portion of what was ordered. Burger was ok but was slim on toppings and zero dressing. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
