— Disappointing First Visit Tried Drippin Chicken for the first time and left really underwhelmed. The cashier seemed unsure about the menu and a bit lost as if it's her 1st day on the job. Went there for their advertised smash‑burger but didn't see it on the menu. Ended up ordering wings, but they were extremely dry and not “drippin” at all. I got the Nashville Hot(the 2nd to the hottest) and it wasn’t very hot or flavorful. For a place built around chicken, the quality just wasn’t there. Hoping they improve the menu clarity, staff training, and food quality, because this first experience missed the mark. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I've been a cook for 6 years now in various industries I like to give places chances and not be overly critical when eating somewhere but when something's wrong I point it out so I took my brothers here to eat and we all got 2 chicken sando and fries. The only good thing here was fries they gave me the cheese curds and pickles and it looks nothing like the picture and burnt and all the person did was offer to add more but tell me that that's how they come and counted them and said yeah 12 and didn't give me a refund asked for and the chicken sandwiches is just 1 chicken tender and if you order plain like my brother did they put the smallest amount of sauce and just put it on a cheap bun chicken is also dry on the inside this was a very disappointing meal for me and my brothers I can't recommend this place.
