Joy ! , right here alongside Loei Airport ! Spacious , nice decor , high ceilings , curios, Halloween themed now with great coffee ! Full Thai service restaurant as well . Next door is the Loei airport hotel with a nice water fountain feature greeting patrons. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Iced Cocoa
