If you’re needing a break from Thai food, Drop In Restaurant serves the best western food we’ve had since we arrived in Thailand. The menu is a great variety of western and Thai and the chef does each cuisine equally well; pesto pasta, chicken schnitzel, pork loin in mushroom sauce, pork schnitzel, mango smoothie, ANY fruit smoothie. We return here repeatedly because the staff are friendly, accommodating, and the food is really good. UPDATE: We just returned to Chiang Mai and had to satisfy a craving... pork loin with mushroom sauce, malibu chicken, and a mango fresh fruit shake. The crisp, fresh side salad lightly dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette gave a nice balance to the delicious meal. Thank you so much! Sooo good!
