This is the best shop for specialty coffee in Torino. And the bonus is you can enjoy some wonderful sweets alongside a great cup of coffee. They have a clear focus on quality and preparation with an eye towards the future of coffee. Maurizio is also a wonderful and kind barista, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about specialty coffee. Highly recommended! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Dropstery è una micro torrefazione gestita da Maurizio, che con grande professionalità e ancora più passione vi saprà spiegare le caratteristiche dei caffè da lui tostati e le relative modalità di degustazione. Questa realtà pone grande attenzione alla filiera del prodotto e alla sostenibilità, anche sociale, dello stesso. Acquistare un caffè presso questo produttore vi garantisce un'esperienza di degustazione innovativa di un prodotto conosciutissimo al mondo ma che qua diventa particolare. Infatti il caffè commerciato è soprattutto di tipologia specialty coffee, ma Dropstery sa pienamente soddisfare anche i palati che amano un gusto più tradizionale. Sì consiglia la degustazione presso la pasticceria Gocce di Cioccolato, in Via Stradella 242 a Torino, anche in abbinamento con i loro dolci...
