Nothing can be better than ordering perfectly cooked blue cod, burgers and fish & chips. At this restaurant, you can order food as a takeout. The pleasant staff reflects the style and character of Drunken Crayfish. Cool service is something clients agree upon here. Prices at this place claim to be average. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with Drunken Crayfish. We had a takeaway order and the food was awful. The chips were over cooked and soggy and tasted of oil, the fish portions were very small not a fillet and overcooked. My brother had battered mussels and unfortunately made him sick. Overall it did not feel like good value for money, quite expensive for a very unsatisfactory result. We won't be dining there again. A solid 3 out of 10. Hard to see how you can do simple things so badly. Seems to be on a downhill slide as it was better last time. Greasy fish, crappy burger. Edible - but only just. Disappointing as it has the potential to be a great local option. Won’t be going back.
