I couldn't resist leaving a review! We came with the children on a day off, after a frosty walk, hoping to eat something hot! The order was placed and a long wait began, around us they were already bringing dishes to those who came in much later than us, when I asked what was the matter - it turned out that our order was lost!! The result is a spoiled mood. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Once again we decided to have lunch at the Druzhba cafe in Borovsk. We ordered beef shurpa soup. They brought the first one, which contained only potatoes; the meat had to be looked for very carefully, and it was canned. 2 pieces of 0.7 cm for the entire serving. The second portion had no meat at all, they asked to change it, but in the end the same 0.5-0.7 cm and huge pieces of potatoes. When asked why this happened, the waiter replied that they have such soups. They asked to leave the menu, but the waitress took it away, citing the fact that there were no more menus, although they were lying at the entrance. At the same time, a large group of us were celebrating a birthday in the hall. After the "first" we asked for tea and dessert. The girl (possibly the bartender) said that there would be a wait of 15-20 minutes for tea, but they would try to make it faster. About 10 minutes later we asked if the tea was ready, to which the waiter said that our order was not at the bar. I gave the check, after which he said that they would bring everything now. At this moment, the music was turned on very loudly, so that my ears were blocked - a musical congratulation to the birthday girl. I had to cover my ears so as not to go deaf. When the volume was finally reduced, my companion asked for the bill. Her answer surprised us very much. She said that you need to go to the bar yourself to pay for your order. I must say that we were very tired, and also had problems with our joints, so the prospect of running to pay the bill was not very encouraging. At the counter, after paying, when asked again about tea, the answer was: “We can’t leave everyone and deal only with you!” Dear management, do you really think that this fits into the concepts of “service” and “customer focus”?! Prepare tea - 2-3 minutes. The company got drunk and one of the guests began to shout and sing loudly. It was very unpleasant. If you can’t cope, close for special services; there’s no need to spoil the mood and be rude to your clients because of the pursuit of profit. They just run out quickly and stop coming to you. And finally, when the girl waiter finally brought us our tea, she began to reprimand me that she had warned me. I replied that there was a promise to do everything faster and the tea would take up to 5 minutes to prepare. The waitress replied that if I wanted to quarrel, then she was happy for me, turned around and left, as if she had done me a favor by condescending and bringing us our order. Do you somehow train your staff?! What can be said, what cannot be said, how to communicate with guests, how to get out of conflict situations? No?! Well, a province is a province. Unfortunately.
