My partner and I dined there recently for lunch and we are definitely returning. We decided to there as it provides training and experience to our up and coming hospitality workers. The food was prepared really nicely, the service was really good given its a training establishment and the prices are very good. I highly encourage you to support the venue and let the trainees get the experience they need Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I got an opportunity to have lunch at Drysdale Restaurant during my Tasmania visit and I don’t hesitate to call it as one of the best lunch I had. I have no words to describe the taste of food on words. The restaurant has an amazing vibe. I was amazed to see the restaurant environment. Staffs were very professional and friendly. Most of them were the hospitality students. I enjoyed every bite of food that I had. Salmon was so fresh and juicy. Potatoes were yummy . Desert was amazing too. Thank you for amazing food and hospitality .
