After you have seen Holy Name Parish, come to Dublin Calling Danforth. Here you may drink good beer. The high ratings of this place would be impossible without the creative staff. Prompt service is something that people note in their comments. If you visit this spot, have no doubt, you are to like the surrounding exotic atmosphere. But google users haven't given Dublin Calling Danforth a high rating.

This was an average experience watching a game I feel the place has potential, however there were issues that ruined it a bit for me: - there is a variable 5-10 dollar I think cover to get into the place during a game so you’d expect to be able to see the game if you paid and booked a table. When I got in (quite early), I was given a table with no good view of a tv (small televisions were right above and too far away from the table, and no view of the big tv). I was told I couldn’t move onto the better empty tables. I was eventually allowed to move to a better seat after others started moving, which was very much appreciated but still surprised it was a struggle given the cover fee - when given the bill I was simply shown a tip screen, when I asked for the itemized bill there were additional items on the bill - server fixed this - there is a sign saying 6 dollar coronas on the table, but they switch (without telling you clearly when they ask if you want more) to a higher price during the game. Sign is misleading. Onto the good stuff: - wings were good - wait staff were attentive and polite - they have high chairs - once we moved to a table where you could actually see a tv without squinting or ducking between heads, it was great Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Booked 2 tables to watch the Canada game this Saturday. Got there just to find out that it was a $20 cover per person. It is insane that a pub will ask you to pay this much just to be seated. We decided to just walk away and go across the street and watch in a different pub for free. If you are watching the World Cup around the area, do yourself a favor and just cross the street.
