You told us you liked our cakes and we thank you for that. Unfortunately we could not achieve the decor you wanted which you told us was very easy to achieve. We have made several proposals to you but unfortunately we have neither your pastry dexterity nor your creative audacity. We are just humble pastry chefs who have worked discreetly to the satisfaction of the people of Saumur for 40 years. We even consider it a mark of professionalism to recognize our limits so as not to disappoint our customers.
