Went in this morning Wednesday July 15 and got 2 donuts. There was a new employee behind the counter. Ordered my donuts and waited was then yelled at by a male employee making the donuts saying that I needed to finish my transaction. Mind you I had already paid. I didn’t get a receipt so I showed him my bank statement and he very reluctantly gave me my donuts. I guess the cashier was new and didn’t hand him the order but it was my fault. Will not be back because of this rude employee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was so excited for Duck Duck Donuts and it turned out to be a total let down. For those that don't know, the they pride themselves on made to order donuts. That sounds amazing till you realize that you have to wait after you order, for us from the time we walked in and the time we left(take out) was 35 minutes in store. The people making the donuts are pretty fast, but they get backed up when people buy entire dozens of donuts. For service, there is none... You place the order on a kiosk and they leave your donuts at the end of the counter. As for food, They show you pictures of wonderful donuts, but then they give you the screaming elmo cake version of the donut... They don't taste bad, but they are not special in any way.
