Love this store and the team! I made a mistake with my order of a dozen different donuts and placed it at at the wrong store. I didn't realize until I came to pick it up and they were incredibly gracious and made my order there so I didn't have to drive an hour to go pick it up. Stopped by Duck Donuts and had a great experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away by a friendly worker, which made everything feel welcoming and smooth. I ordered the Fan Favorites box, and it was a perfect choice. It gave a nice variety of their most popular flavors, so I didn’t have to guess what to pick. Every donut came out warm and fresh, with a slight crisp on the outside and soft, cake-like texture on the inside. The flavors were fun and definitely on the sweeter side—more of a treat than an everyday donut—but everything tasted fresh and made to order. You can really tell the difference compared to donuts that sit out. Overall, great customer service, fresh made-to-order donuts, and the Fan Favorites box is a solid option if you want to try a little bit of everything.
