Duck N Bao changed their chef in the past year. We ordered a whole peking duck, but obviously this is anything but a Peking duck. You can tell this duck was previously frozen from its texture. The duck skin is not crispy at all, the duck meat is dry and not fresh. The cucumber was all peeled off skin part and this is never seen in any other restaurant that serves Peking duck. The duck is no better than the one sold in Costco that’s around $15-$20, but it’s $58 here.
