I came in this restaurant on my first night in Favignana for 2. I took swordfish and my boyfriend ravioli with sea urchins. The menu on the restaurant did not mentioned it could be frozen only to find out that the swordfish has been frozen but they did to put it on the menu. It was tasteless.. half way through my boyfriends pasta he found a piece of plastic in it when I mentioned it to the waiter she became defensive and only took €9 off the already salty bill. The pasta Costed €25. The staff is rude, they don’t care about customers and walk like robots around without even looking at you in the face ../ what a low level Of customer service it was!please don’t go there if you don’t want your night ruined! The waiters are arrogant and rude! The menu is clearly false as it is selling frozen fish as fresh. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
