It's a pity, the staff is cool as a number of guests note. Downscale service is something that visitors would like to improve here. This bar got negative comments because of the disgusting atmosphere. But based on the users' feedback on Google, Duff deserved 4.1.

I visited in 16th may around 23:00. We ordered a pizza and omurice with 6 glassess of alcohol. But we just drunk only alcohol without any food during 45min. We paid 8,300 yen for 6 drinks and 4 Otosi(800 yen per oner person). I felt like they are racist. DON’T GO THIS BAR. Price per person: ¥8,000–9,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this place in December 2023. If you're looking for a place to have a drink in Fujinomiya late at night (like past 11pm), this is the place to go to.
