With respect, I gave one-star to Services and reasonable scores to the other items - Food and Atmosphere. I believe that a slight improvement in the quality of welcoming and services by employees can impact significant productivity growth. I truly liked the design and atmosphere; we would like to spend our coffee time there. I hope that the management consider my comment.
