I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I bought a lump rice from this place for Rs. 1300 along with my friend. On my first visit, the food was actually tasty and enjoyable. However, when we visited again on Friday, the quality was extremely poor. The lump rice was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it. It tasted spoiled and was very unpleasant. Honestly, it felt like food that wasn’t suitable even for a stray animal. On top of that, the staff/owners were not friendly at all and didn’t seem to know how to communicate with customers properly. Very bad customer service. I hope they seriously improve their food quality and customer service. Right now, I cannot recommend this place to anyone Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000

They don't give you what you ask for in takeaway food from Badulla Dulsara restaurant. I asked for chicken gravy with egg roti and dal. But they gave me a dal and potato curry. But they took money to match the chicken curry.

I had my lunch at the dulsara hotel. This is the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. I ate fried rice and Nasi goreng. The food has no flavor. I got a stomach ache after eating that food. That's not a meal worth 2500 rupees. I will never eat at that dulsara hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 1
