A great cafe that you should definitely check them out when you visit rustavi. they are located nearby mayor's office in the main street and you can reach there easily. they have 2 floors so you can sit whether upstairs or downstairs and also you can book their private room upstairs. their menu has a variety of choices and personally i recommend their coffee! :) they also serve some food as well. The staff speak Georgian, Turkish, Persian (farsi) and also English.
