My boyfriend and I had wanted to visit the place for a long time, and we finally went on a Thursday night. Right on the door there was a sign “Bathroom for customers only”, even though I was going there as a customer, I felt a barrier right there. At the entrance we were greeted with a “Do you have a reservation?”, even though the place was empty, I found it not very friendly. We ordered shrimp moqueca, it was good, but not surprising. The juices and desserts (my nego and goibada flambé) were delicious. In general, I found the service to be average, just the basics, neutral. The environment had many small rooms with a table for two, but without much privacy. Brazilian ambient music, ok! Service: Dine in Price per person: R$120–140 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Thank you for evaluating us and getting to know our comfort. ‍ Let's clarify what was scored in your evaluation... We don't understand the reason for the barrier, with our notice at the entrance. That our ‘bathroom is for customers only’. Our restaurant is in front of a 'Buser' stop and there are many travelers who asked us to use the bathroom, causing inconvenience to our customers, who were at our house. Therefore, we adopted this warning measure. As you can see, our house is small, and to ensure that our customers always have a clean and sanitized bathroom, we choose not to serve people who are just passing through our door. That wasn't your case, so we don't understand why the 'barrier', since you were arriving to be our client. ; ) Regarding our professional’s approach. Although the house was not busy the day you came, we were waiting for a large birthday reservation, and in addition to always having a reservation, with some special requests, such as a decorated table for adverse occasions, more reserved space, dishes to order and among others... So it is necessary to ask if you had booked, so that we can give you the right direction. Our house is small as I said in the previous message and divided into small rooms, with the intention of really making you feel at home. S2 When we have a reservation request where the customer requests a more reserved seat, we generally place it in the room where you are your partner moved, when the table was unoccupied. Our service really is a basic service, we ask our employees to just be polite and cordial, without too much carnival lol... Because we value that you have a unique experience, a gustatory memory of your grandmother's time. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit. Axé!More
