This is a must go location when in Bucharest. From the outside it doesn't look like much however once you cross its stepts, shock and awe, from such a small place to serve such good food and of course beverages and spirits. Now the food, beyond awesome, the recipies are adapted to modern day dinning and they do them justice. An absolute gem of a bistro — cozy, warm, and full of charm. After three years living in Canada, Dumicat was my first choice for dinner when returning home for a visit, and it did not disappoint. The food is a sensational blend of tradition and innovation, bringing childhood comfort dishes to life with a creative twist. Every bite was amazing and packed with flavor. What makes the place even more special is the owner, who is always there serving guests, spreading joy, and creating a welcoming atmosphere with wonderful conversation. The drinks are spot on and perfectly complement the experience. A place made with heart — I highly recommend a visit or two!
