I can especially recommend the baby bok choy with Chinese mushrooms in oyster sauce. The Chinese mushrooms were large, juicy and flavoursome; the mountains of steamed whole baby bok choys were cooked to perfection; the oyster sauce was delicious (flavoursome but not too salty). This dish is one I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants around the world. The Chinese Kitchen Dumpling House version was as good as any!

Bok Choy and Chinese Mushrooms. Large, juicy, flavoursome Chinese mushrooms with lots of steamed whole baby boy choy, all sauted in oyster sauce. Cooked to perfection and delicious!
