The food at Dumpling Man is very good. We had two types of dumpling. A classic version comprised of pork, chive, and shrimp (#3) and a less common version with zucchini, egg, wood ear mushroom, and shrimp (#1). I probably should have taken the photo before eating half of them but we were hungry. Both were very tasty with the pork one feeling a little more substantial while the other a little lighter. Both had very fresh tasting and feeling ingredients. The dumpling dough was thin and uniform and cooked just right. They come by the dozen and it should fill you up. The hot sauce, black vinegar, soy sauce and garlic paste is to the left of the counter so you can make it to your taste in the handy built in serving cup on the tray. I gave the four stars for atmosphere since it is a food court setting but it was clean. I highly recommend a visit and you can shop at Great Wall afterwards. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pork Shrimp & Chive Dumplings, Zucchini Egg Wood Ear Mushroom and Shrimp Dumplings 12 pcs Vegetarian options: Limited vegetarian as most dumplings have pork, shrimp, or fish.

I ordered Number 2 and Number 13. The price was good, the portions were generous, and the dumplings were fresh and delicious. The staff were also friendly. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

Dumplings were delicious!! I can’t wait to get some more and try the different flavors that they make. I knew they were going to be good when I went in at noon yesterday and they had a sign that said sold out! I was sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for them open today so I good give them a try. I will definitely return numerous times! My coworkers are excited to try them too! Thank you for the great service and delicious fresh dumplings!!
