I usually love dumpling + noodle and have been eating here for YEARS. This week with my Uber eats order, there was a long straight hair imbedded in my scallion pancakes. It is obvious the cooks are not wearing hair nets as required by NYS food safety regulations. Very very disappointed and grossed out. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
